EAJEE legal information

Terms of Use

These Terms govern authorised access to and use of the EAJEE trading-desk intelligence platform operated by Password Technologies Private Limited.

Effective date: 19 July 2026

1. About EAJEE and these Terms

EAJEE is an internal trading-desk intelligence and operational support platform operated by Password Technologies Private Limited (“Password Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to every person who is granted access to EAJEE (“Authorised User”, “you” or “your”). By accessing or using EAJEE, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and with applicable internal policies and instructions.

EAJEE is not offered for unrestricted public use. Accounts are created and administered only by authorised administrators.

2. Authorised internal use

You may use EAJEE only for the internal trading-desk, research, risk-review, operational, administrative or other business purposes for which access has been granted to you.

You must:

  • use the platform only within the authority, role and permissions assigned to your account;
  • comply with applicable laws, internal trading controls, risk limits, approvals and operating procedures;
  • preserve the confidentiality of platform information and outputs;
  • promptly report suspected unauthorised access, credential loss, data exposure or platform misuse; and
  • follow any additional instructions issued by Password Technologies or the relevant trading-desk authority.

3. Accounts and security

Your account is personal to you. You must not share usernames, passwords, authentication details, broker credentials, access tokens or active sessions with another person.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorised use and taken reasonable steps requested by the administrator.

We may require password changes, re-authentication, access-token refresh, additional verification or other security measures.

4. Decision support and trading responsibility

EAJEE provides analytical, workflow and decision-support information. It does not promise, assure or guarantee any trading outcome, investment return, strategy performance or avoidance of loss.

Platform outputs may include market information, strategy labels, state changes, rankings, scores, alerts, historical results, explanations, candidate evaluations and decision-support recommendations.

Such outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular market condition. Every proposed action must be independently reviewed by appropriately authorised desk personnel before execution.

The trading desk and the person granting final approval remain responsible for:

  • trade selection and rejection;
  • position sizing and capital allocation;
  • risk limits and portfolio concentration;
  • entry, modification and exit decisions;
  • broker instructions and order execution; and
  • compliance with applicable internal and legal requirements.

5. Market data, broker services and third parties

EAJEE may depend on market-data providers, brokers, exchanges, hosting providers, communication services, software libraries and other third-party systems.

Third-party information and services may be delayed, unavailable, interrupted, corrected or withdrawn. Their separate terms, availability, accuracy, security and operational performance are outside our complete control.

You must verify material market information, positions, available funds, margins, orders, trades and broker acknowledgements through the relevant authoritative source before relying on them.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • attempt to access data, accounts, systems or functions outside your assigned permissions;
  • bypass security, risk, approval or audit controls;
  • introduce malware, harmful code or unauthorised automated access;
  • copy, scrape, disclose, sell, licence or distribute confidential platform information without written authorisation;
  • misrepresent EAJEE outputs as guaranteed, independently verified or approved by any regulator, exchange or broker;
  • interfere with platform availability, integrity or audit records; or
  • use EAJEE for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.

7. Confidentiality and intellectual property

EAJEE, including its software, workflows, interfaces, models, strategy logic, decision-learning methods, reports, documentation, branding and non-public data, contains confidential and proprietary material.

Password Technologies and its licensors retain their respective rights in the platform and its underlying materials. Access to EAJEE does not transfer ownership or grant any right to reproduce, commercialise or disclose those materials.

Data belonging to brokers, exchanges, market-data providers or other third parties remains subject to the rights and restrictions of the relevant provider.

8. Privacy and monitoring

We process account, authentication, security, broker-integration, trading, operational and audit information as described in the EAJEE Privacy Notice.

Access and activity may be logged, reviewed and audited to protect the platform, investigate incidents, maintain operational records and enforce internal controls.

9. Availability and platform changes

We seek to operate EAJEE reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, market events, external-service failures, network issues and security incidents may affect operation.

We may modify, restrict, replace, suspend or discontinue any platform function when reasonably required for security, reliability, operational, legal or business reasons.

10. Suspension and termination of access

Access may be suspended, restricted or terminated where:

  • the user no longer requires authorised access;
  • employment, engagement or role responsibilities change;
  • security or misuse is suspected;
  • these Terms or internal policies are breached;
  • continued access creates operational or legal risk; or
  • an authorised administrator directs the change.

Suspension or termination does not remove confidentiality, intellectual-property, audit, legal or accountability obligations arising before access ended.

11. Disclaimers

EAJEE is provided on an “as available” basis for authorised internal use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that every output will be accurate, complete, current, suitable or free from interruption or error.

Historical results, model outputs, strategy classifications and decision-learning results do not guarantee future performance. Markets can change rapidly, and actual execution may differ from displayed or expected values.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Password Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on platform outputs, market-data errors, broker or third-party failures, interrupted access, delayed execution or unauthorised use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any dispute-resolution process that the parties may separately agree in writing, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of EAJEE.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, internal operations or applicable requirements. The revised version and effective date will be published on this page.
